Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- 12 chipolatas/sausages*
- 12 new potatoes, quartered
- 3 apples, chopped into wedges
- 5 cloves of garlic
- a handful of chopped fresh sage

Method
Add the olive oil to a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 10 minutes
Remove from the oven and add the chipolatas/sausages to the dish and cook for 10 minutes
While the sausages are cooking, core and slice the apples into wedges and place in a bowl. Add to the bowl the quartered new potatoes and the sage and 5 cloves of garlic which have been bruised
Remove the sausages from the oven and add the apple and potato mix to the dish. Return to the oven and cook for around 20-30 minutes until all cooked through and golden.
